How can I order an 'out of stock' item?

To order an ‘out of stock’ item contact us indicating SKU# and quantity required. We will let you know when the item will be available for sale and you may place the order immediately.

Yes. Real leaves and cones have been carefully selected and dipped into 100% pure 24k Gold or 1000 Silver to create unique gifts. Every piece is as individual as the person who wears it. They are hypoallergenic and guaranteed to last forever.

Can I request a printed catalog?

The website offers you access to our dynamic online catalog that is always up to date. Due to our ever changing inventory, Patagonia Gifts does not offer a printed catalog.

Do you sell wholesale?

No, we don’t sell wholesale. Our products are not mass produced, they are all handmade in small quantities.

Payment options

PatagoniaGifts accepts credit card or PayPal. Credit card transactions are processed by Verisign. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.

Taxes

Export tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with our National tax regulations. Duty and customs fees (when applicable) are responsibility of the recipient.

What currencies do you accept?

All prices are in US Dollars. When you pay with PayPal you can choose other currencies.

Which is your policy regarding prices?

Patagonia Gifts products are subject to change in prices primarily because foreign currency fluctuation affects their price in dollars. At the same time, artisans establish their own prices and occasionally change them based on market conditions.

How do I pay with credit card?

Click on our “Add to Cart” button and you will be adding the item to the shopping bag. Click on “Continue shopping” or “Checkout” if you have finished shopping. After you click “Checkout” you will be asked to enter your customer and shipping information. You will be given an option to select your payment method. After selecting your choice of payment method you will be connected via a secure (SSL) connection with Verisign and all information will be transmitted in an encrypted form. You should see a small key (Netscape) or lock (IE) indicating that your browser is communicating securely.

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

For your safety and security, Verisign.com requires that you enter your card verification number, if one is available. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

Is it safe to place an order online?

Patagonia Gifts uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to safeguard your sensitive personal information, including your credit card number, during online transactions. Using this widely accepted form of encryption, your transaction is delivered via a secured, encrypted transmission. For your protection, never put your credit card number or other sensitive information in unencrypted email.

For added security, we use a trusted third party, Verisign, to process all credit card transactions. At no time do we store your credit card information on our system, and none of our employees have access to your credit card number. You will know that you are on an SSL secured page when the lock icon on the bottom of your web browser (such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer) becomes locked.

I can't find the 3-digit number printed on the back of my card

If your card does not have a verification number, you can try another card or enter the number 000. The cardholding bank will indicate if the code exists on the card and if it matches what was entered.

Should I receive an item identical to the photograph?

Some items may differ from web photographs due to variations in your individual monitor color settings. Also, depending on the artist, colors and designs will sometimes vary from item to item. Differences and small imperfections are natural and will enhance the individual character of the piece.
